1Who we are
This site is run by ARTRIXSTUDIO LLC, registered in the State of California. For anything in this policy, write to hihi@artrixstudio.com.
2What this website collects
Short version: almost nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracker, no cookie. The one thing stored is your light/dark preference, kept in your own browser so the page does not flash the wrong theme next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Nothing on this site loads from another company. The typefaces and code libraries are served from our own server, so opening a page does not tell Google, Cloudflare or anyone else that you were here. Our host, HostGator, keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, time — for security, to keep the site running, and to show us aggregate figures: how many people read a page, and which site they arrived from. That summary is produced by the host from those logs; nothing is added to the page to make it happen, and no third party sees it. We do not use the logs to identify or follow anyone.
3What we collect when you get in touch, and when you become a client
If you use the form on our start page, we receive what you type in it — your name, work email, company website, what you need and anything you add — by email on our own domain, with a copy kept in a private folder on our host that is closed to the web. It goes to no other company. To prepare a reply we then look at your company’s public website ourselves.
If you email us we hold what you send — your name, address, what you tell us about the work, and any attachments — and use it to reply and, if we work together, to do the work. As a client we also hold the brief and files you give us, our correspondence, and billing records. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
4Who else processes it

We are US-based and so are most of our providers, so if you are outside the US your information is processed there. A vetted contractor who helps with production may work in another country; they never handle confidential material and receive only what their task needs, under contract. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere: deleted within 12 months. Client files and correspondence: kept for the engagement and 24 months after, or sooner if you ask. Invoices: kept as long as tax law requires, typically seven years — we cannot delete these on request.
6Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. One email is enough, there is no charge, and we respond within 30 days.
UK and EU: you have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and legal obligation for financial records. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. California — as we are — you have the right to know, delete, correct, and not to be discriminated against for asking.
7Security, children, and changes
The accounts we run for client work are access-controlled, with multi-factor authentication turned on wherever the service offers it, and files are shared only with the email addresses you name, never as an open link. Contractors get access to a project's files only while they are working on it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affected your information we would tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially we update the date above and, for clients, say so by email.
